Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 3-4 Month Contract Assignment

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing technology-focused organization seeking a Technical Warehouse Associate to support increased demand during an upcoming busy season.

This position plays a critical role in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control processes
• Verify incoming and outgoing products against shipping documentation
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Identify and communicate discrepancies, damaged materials, or operational issues to leadership
• Support day-to-day warehouse and depot operations as needed
• Follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
